Seating begins at 5:30 for cocktails with dinner to follow at 6:30.
First course – Charcuterie:
- Smoked cheese and Austin “Salt and Time” charcuterie
Second course – Soup or Salad:
- Smoked scallop bisque OR
- Salad greens with spiced pecans and aged blue cheese
Third course – Main dish. Also both dishes will be served with the same sides:
- Smoked boneless beef short ribs OR
- Smoked king salmon; served w/ cheddar grits, Brussel sprouts w/ shallots, garlic and beef bacon
Fourth course / Dessert:
- Drunk “Jack’s Single Barrel Elijah Craig” banana cream pie for two
