Howdy y’all! Join Jack and Pit Master Joe for a terrific class that explores the magical world of smoke, meat, and cocktails. This class will show you our process, start to finish, of how we smoke our brisket, beef rib, and beef bacon. Join us on June 29th @ SoDo from 12 pm – 2 pm, or July 6th @ Algona from 12 pm – 2 pm. Join Jack and Pit Master Joe for a terrific class that explores the magical world of smoke, meat, and cocktails in this half-day class. Attendees will be instructed on how we smoke our brisket, beef ribs, and the labor of love that goes into our tasty beef bacon. There will be plenty of samples, come hungry! Each ticket purchased includes admission to the class, 2 free drink tickets to be used during the class, and a take home goodie bag that includes our famous rubs and sauces.
