This December also brings a special guest at our SoDo location with Nathan Kaiser of 2bar Spirits. He'll be hosting a Whiskey and Bourbon tasting during the event and treating y'all to his vast knowledge on spirits!
At dinner, a 14-16 ounce boneless cut of Prime Rib is served with sides such as Delicata Squash, Mushrooms, Brussels Sprouts as well as Potatoes Au Gratin. The flavor of this meat is tremendous and unlike any prime rib you’ve ever had.
We strongly suggest you order tickets in advance to attend these limited seating events. Seating is available for this event at our Algona, SoDo and SLU locations and orders will also be available for pickup/takeout.

Jack's BBQ Camp | Brisket Deep Dive
Join Jack and Pit master Joe on Sunday, January 9th for a terrific class which explore the magical world of smoke, meat and cocktails.
In this class, Jack and Joe will provide an overview of basic BBQ principles. Jack and Joe will talk about a variety of BBQ topics and will give an overview the technology of smoking, do demonstrations, and answer questions from attendees during this live session held via Zoom. Attendees will be treated to a wealth of knowledge from Jack and Joe on the following topics:
- The history of Central Texas smoked meats
- Rubs, brines and injections for brisket
- How to trim a brisket
- Different cooking techniques
- How to "feel" for doneness
- How to smoke a cocktail and much more!
Two packages for the classes are offered to attendees.
Package 1 for $49 - Includes access to the class via Zoom
Package 2 for $99 - Includes the access to the Zoom class along with the following items which need to be picked up on January 8th between 10 am and 11 am at either our SoDo or Algona locations:
- 1 pound of sliced Smoked brisket (enough for 1-2 people)
- A Jack's BBQ Chef Apron
- Jack's BBQ Spice Rubs
- Jack's BBQ Sauce
- Over $150 in value!!
And for extra credit, you can purchase the following:
- A Double R Ranch brisket (13 lbs raw, 7 lbs cooked) for $75
