Jack’s BBQ – Jackalope

Jack opened the SoDo location in 2014 following his dream to bring authentic Central Texas BBQ to Seattle. Two massive smokers over 20 feet long operate daily burning hardwood such as mesquite imported from Texas to produce beautifully smoked meats. If you come in for a meal and spot Jack in the dining room – ask him for a tour of the pit. He will generally oblige!
