Let Jack Take Care of Thanksgiving This Year!

Hey y’all, happy Thanksgiving! We are looking forward to serving you some delicious smoked turkey and homemade sides again this year. By purchasing a $50 ticket, you will be guaranteed a Thanksgiving turkey! This $50 payment acts as a deposit, which will be deducted from your final bill upon pick-up. We have two options for turkeys this year:

Hot and Ready Turkeys for Pick-Up Thanksgiving Morning (11/23)

  • 12 to16 lbs. on average @13$/lb.
  • Brined in herbs and spices, smoked overnight using imported mesquite and fruit woods, served hot.
  • The bird is weighed upon pick-up, where you will pay the difference along with whichever sides and pies you pre-ordered as well.
  • Keep warm instructions will be provided.
  • We do not recommend cooling down the bird and reheating. In the past, people taking the bird early in the morning and serving it later, have had success holding them in coolers.

Pick-up times vary from 8 am until 12 pm, please select an available time at checkout when prompted.

Take & Bake Turkey Option – Smoked, Finish at Home

  • 12 to16 lbs. on average @11$/lb.
  • Available for pick-up on Nov. 21st and Nov. 22nd from 12 pm – 6 pm.
  • We have cold, pre-smoked turkeys available for guests to purchase/pick up on the Tuesday or Wednesday before Thanksgiving.
  • These turkeys are brined in herbs and spices, smoked overnight using imported mesquite and fruit woods until they are just barely finished.
  • Turkeys are smoked and ready for pickup for you to take and finish cooking them in your own oven. They will take 3-4 hours. Directions will be provided.
  • No take and bake sides available.
  • Take & Bake Turkeys CANNOT be picked up on Thanksgiving morning.

Delicious Sides

  • Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes (V, GF) $25 – Half pan of creamy potatoes serves 8-10
  • Beef Bacon Brussels (GF) $25 – Our house made beef bacon makes these Brussels sprouts a better version of themselves. Half pan serves 8-10.
  • Apple Sage Stuffing (V) $20 – Washington Apples, fresh herbs and lots of butter! Vegetarian. Half pan serves 8-10.
  • Turkey Gravy $20 – Like Mama, we don’t waste a thing. Drippings, giblets, turkey stock and fresh cream to finish. 1 quart feeds 8-10 folks
  • Cranberry Sauce (V, GF) $15 – Orange zest, and brown sugar is our secret. 1 quart serves 8-10 folks.
  • Yeast rolls,1 dozen (V) $15 – Classic pull-apart butter rolls. 2 loafs of 6 rolls. Serves 8-10.
  • Pecan Pie $30 – Our famous, not too sweet, made with big ole whole pecans, flakey crust, championship recipe pie. 8 inch pie serves 5-8 slices depending on how big your sweet tooth is.
  • Chocolate Buttermilk Pie $30- Tart buttermilk and dark chocolate make for a sweet creamy filling inside our homemade flakey pie crust. 8 inch pie serves 5-8 slices depending on how big your sweet tooth is.
